If a client hires a web agency to create their website, they deserve a site that exemplifies exactly what they want in terms of design and functionality. After all, they are paying for it. However, this doesn’t mean that the client has the authority to request revision after revision, especially after a sign-off stage. Usually, an agency will allow a reasonable, set number of revisions.
